DescriptionSales Supervisor / ExpertPay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per yearJob DescriptionThis role leads, coaches, and supports a group of assigned Sales Reps, ensuring they are trained and guided to execute our sales strategy while meeting or exceeding established sales KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesLeads, coaches, and develops a team Sales Reps to achieve and exceed sales KPIsCultivates a culture of accountability and excellence within their team.Trains and mentors team members, ensuring alignment with company standards and values.Ensures team understands the importance of quality and intercedes when necessaryWorks to ensure a strong partnership exists between the Sales Department and Production Department.Monitors and analyzes team performance to identify areas for improvement and drive results.Ensures accuracy of sales proposalsLeads group and individual meetings on a weekly basis.Works to resolve all issues with customers when issues are elevatedDrives company vehicles in a safe mannerAny duties as assigned by managerKnowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Other CharacteristicsValid drivers license with a safe driving recordKnowledge of construction or related trades preferredKnowledge of sales and marketing principles and practicesPrevious experience in a sales management role leading a teamAbility to see the “big picture” (i.e., total job and break it into steps)Great ability to teach and train with the ability to modify training techniques to address the different training needs of employeesStrong presentation skills.Education And Experience3 or more years of proven sales leadership experienceBachelors degree in business or marketing preferred or a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record of successDemonstrated ability to motivate, guide, and lead a sales team to achieve and exceed business goals.Proficiency with CRM softwareWe offer high earning potential and a benefit package which includes: health, dental, vision, short term disability, long term disability, life insurance and a 401(k) plan.Full-timeSalary Description$110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
