Products are delivered globally through a combination of direct sales, channel partners, and distribution networks.Role OverviewThe company is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, positioning, and business execution of its RF/MMIC product portfolio. This is a highly visible role that operates at the intersection of engineering, sales, operations, and key customers.This individual will combine deep technical expertise in RF semiconductors with strong commercial acumen to define product strategy, influence roadmaps, support customer engagements, and drive revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & DevelopmentDefine and drive product strategy and roadmap based on market trends and customer requirementsTranslate complex customer needs into clear, prioritized product definitions with supporting business casesDevelop pricing strategies, cost targets, and ROI models for new product introductionsLead cross-functional execution for new and custom product development programsBusiness Execution & GrowthOwn and maintain a rolling revenue forecast and pipeline visibilityDrive funnel growth and new business across direct and indirect sales channelsSupport the development of customer proposals and internal business casesPartner with channel and distribution teams on design registrations, pricing, and opportunity developmentCustomer Engagement & Sales EnablementAct as a technical subject matter expert in customer meetings and design discussionsEnable global sales teams with product collateral, training, and value-based messagingServe as the voice of the customer internally, helping resolve technical, quality, and delivery challengesCross-Functional Leadership & Market IntelligenceCollaborate closely with engineering, applications, operations, and quality teams to support product successAnalyze competitive landscape and market dynamics to inform positioning and strategyDevelop application-focused content, tools, and supporting materials to drive product adoptionQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field5+ years of experience in RF, microwave, semiconductor, or related technologiesStrong understanding of RF components, MMICs, and relevant end markets (telecom, defense, infrastructure, etc.)Experience supporting customers and working closely with sales teams and distribution channelsDemonstrated success with new product introductions and business growth initiativesExperience developing technical/commercial proposals and managing customer opportunitiesStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organizationMBA or business background is a plus
