At Intrado, all of our work truly matters.Responsibilities/QualificationsThe Project Coordinator - Level 2, is responsible for supporting and coordinating projects for Wireline and ESINet departments from low to medium complexity. The role involves overseeing schedules, maintaining documentation, managing communication among stakeholders, supporting troubleshooting if issues arise and ensuring project milestones are met on time and within scope. The coordinator will serve as a key resource in facilitating smooth project execution.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Execution:Create and maintain detailed project schedules and work plansMonitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure deadlines are metAttend project meetings as requiredCreate and track project and individual tasks on assigned projectsEnsure projects are followed through to completion and communicate resolution resultsCommunicationAct as the secondary point of contact for project stakeholdersPrepare and distribute regular updates, reports, and presentationsMay prepare and maintain a project calendar in order to continuously monitor project timelines, daily tasks and assignments in progressDocumentation And TrackingEnsure project schedule is being met and changes are addressed and communicated to the project team in a timely and accurate mannerCreate and maintain project files that are well documented and efficiently organized, ensure files include documentation for each phase of the project, update project tools and tracking mechanisms with details and timely information about such projectsCollaborationCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful deliverySupport the Project Manager in resource allocation and workload balancingBuild strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCompliance And Quality AssuranceEnsure projects adhere to organizational standards, policies, and best practicesConduct quality checks to verify deliverables meet agreed-upon criteriaQualificationsEducation:High school diploma requiredExperience2 years of experience in project coordination or management rolesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySkillsExperience in project management software (e.g., Smartsheet)Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently and within a team environmentMust be able to be highly autonomous, taking projects and running with themIntermediate knowledge of MS Word and Excel requiredExperience with 911, ESINet or Wireline preferredTotal RewardsWant to love where you work?
