Machine Learning Engineer

Position: ML/ AI EngineerOnsite - New YorkFull timeSalary - $250k - $300k+BenefitsJob id #- 160181Job description: 8+ years of professional experience in machine learning, applied AI, or ML/AI systems engineering, with a track record of shipping ML/AI systems to production at scale.Deep experience designing and operating retrieval systems, including hybrid retrieval, reranking, embedding pipelines, and vector search at scale.Strong expertise in LLM application systems, including RAG architectures, agent and workflow orchestration, prompt and tool design, structured output, and grounding.Hands-on experience with knowledge graph or relationship heavy retrieval, including entity resolution, graph traversal, and grapaware context assembly.Experience building document intelligence pipelines at scale, including OCR, layout aware parsing, table extraction, and citation preserving chunking strategies.Proven experience designing and running rigorous evaluation systems: golden sets, execution based eval, LLM as-j-judge with calibration, online metrics, and regressionsuites.Strong understanding of permissions aware ML/AI systems and the practical challenges of enforcing access control in retrieval and generation pipelines.Proficiency in Python and the modern ML/AI ecosystem; familiarity with the Brookfield stack (FastAPI, TypeScript, AWS) is a plus.Solid experience with cloud native ML/AI infrastructure (AWS preferred), CI/CD for ML/AI, and observability practices for production ML/AI systems.Experience making explicit cost and quality tradeoffs in foundation model and ML/Ai infrastructure choices, including back-of-f-envelope cost modeling for productionworkloads.Modeling experience preferred comfort with fine tuning, training, and adapting models when off-f- the shelf options fall short.Experience in data rich, judgment heavy domains (e.g., real estate, finance, asset management, legal) is a strong plus.About Us:Founded in 2009, IntelliPro stands as a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
