Cybersecurity Scrum Master

Cybersecurity Portfolio is seeking a Scrum Master who will report to the Sr. Manager of Execution Services. This role will be a key part of the Execution Services team, consisting of Scrum Masters and Program Managers. What You’re Good At Organizing and facilitating effective Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectivesDefining and managing project timelines, including presenting updates and progress to senior leadership stakeholdersActing as both a Scrum Master and Project Management (PM) liaison to ensure alignment between Agile execution and overall project delivery timelinesDriving continuous improvement by encouraging teams to inspect and adapt regularlyIdentifying, managing, and removing team impediments, with escalation as neededCoaching Product Owners on backlog creation, prioritization, and continuous refinementTracking and communicating key Agile metrics such as team velocity, sprint progress, release status, impediments, and team achievementsCollaborating with Project Managers to enable cross-team coordination for complex initiativesSupporting Product Managers, Product Owners, and Project Managers with planning and backlog grooming activities What You Have 5+ years of experience as a Scrum MasterProven experience leading Agile teams as part of Agile transformation initiativesStrong ownership of day-to-day Agile execution and serving as the go-to person for issue resolutionExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with teams and leadershipStrong understanding of Agile values, principles, and frameworks “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
