This is a contract opportunity through the end of the year, with strong potential for extension or redeployment onto additional projects based on performance.Role Summary :The Project Manager will lead planning, coordination, and execution of desktop and conference room deployments across business units. This role is highly operational, requiring strong logistics management, stakeholder communication, and oversight of field technicians to ensure successful weekly rollouts.Key Responsibilities :Manage end-to-end desktop and workplace technology deployment projectsOversee installation teams and ensure the successful execution of deploymentsCoordinate logistics, including equipment delivery, storage, and stagingPartner directly with lines of business to communicate deployment schedules, expectations, and progress updatesLead weekly deployment cycles:Monday–Wednesday: Planning and coordinationThursday: Equipment deliveryFriday: Preparation and stagingSaturday–Sunday: Deployment executionSupport rollout management on a rotating schedule every 3rd weekend (~16 additional hours)Ensure all deployments meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectationsTrack progress and resolve any issues impacting deliveryScope of Work :Deployment of desktops, conference rooms, and huddle room setupsApproximately 250 installations per weekWork Schedule :40 hours per week (Monday–Friday onsite in Plano)Additional ~16 hours every 3rd weekend (rotation shared across PM team)Required Qualifications :Proven experience managing desktop deployment or large-scale IT rollout projectsStrong background in logistics, coordination, and field team oversightExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders and business unitsAbility to manage high-volume, fast-paced deployment environmentsExcellent communication and organizational skillsAdditional Details :Team includes multiple Project Managers, with weekend responsibilities shared on a rotating basisOpportunity for extension or transition to future projects based on performance
