Job Title: Human Resources GeneralistLocation: Lakewood, New Jersey, United StatesType: Full TimeOur client is looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist to support key human resources initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. This role works closely with HR leadership to drive employee engagement, ensure compliance, and deliver core HR programs that support organizational goals.Role OverviewYou will serve as a critical partner in executing HR strategies while managing employee relations, HR processes, and administrative functions. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple HR disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with HR leadership to implement core HR initiatives, including performance management, compensation, talent development, and employee engagementHandle day-to-day HR operations such as onboarding, new hire orientation, exit processes, leave administration, and unemployment claimsEnsure compliance with employment laws and internal company policies at the local, state, and federal levelsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel filesProvide guidance and coaching to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concernsConduct employee investigations and assist with conflict resolutionCollaborate with hiring managers and recruiting teams to support staffing and workforce planning effortsAssist in managing HR systems, including time tracking and payroll-related processesSupport diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster a positive workplace cultureHelp organize and facilitate programs that enhance employee satisfaction and engagementRequired Qualifications2–5 years of experience in human resources or related fieldStrong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organizationExperience handling confidential information with professionalism and integrityFamiliarity with HR processes, employee relations, and compliance requirementsPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)HR certification such as PHR or SPHRExperience working with HRIS systems and workforce management toolsBilingual proficiency (required/preferred depending on business needs)Key SkillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracy in documentationProblem-solving and conflict resolution capabilitiesAbility to work both independently and collaborativelyProficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
