We have supported thousands of families by matching them with highly qualified tutors and coaches who meet students where they are.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, work-from-home role based in Atlanta, GA. The Account Manager will manage client relationships and ensure high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include responding to parent inquiries, identifying potentials tutors, coordinating schedules, and continuing to track client and tutor progress.QualificationsStrong organizational and time management skills to manage schedules and accounts effectivelyExcellent verbal and written communication skills for client correspondence and problem-solvingCustomer service experience and the ability to build strong relationshipsProficiency in computer applications, able to learn new software systems quicklyWork StructurePay: $25–$30/hr, commensurate with experienceClassification: 1099 Independent Contractor Schedule: ~30 hrs/week with flexibility, but consistent 5-day availability is requiredLocation: 100% Remote, with preference for Greater Atlanta, GA areaWhere to ApplyAt https://apply.inhometutors.net/
