We are at the forefront of the payments modernization journey, building scalable, resilient, and innovative solutions that power the future of banking.Job SummaryAs a Vice President Product Manager within the Payment Experiences team, you will lead the development and delivery of key platform services that are central to Chase's payments modernization journey. You will navigate complex data environments, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive the integration of payment platform capabilities into strategic initiatives across the bank. This role requires strong technical acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead multiple development teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.Job Responsibilities+ Lead the development and delivery of new payment platform capabilities, enabling customer- and servicing-facing experiences for payment management across Chase+ Navigate Chase's complex data environment to replicate and synchronize data across legacy and target state systems, ensuring data integrity and availability for customer experiences+ Partner closely with other payment product teams to align platform development modernization timelines and strategic priorities+ Advocate for new data replication solutions with Technology, championing innovative approaches to support evolving Banking Payment customer needs+ Manage multiple development teams responsible for building and maintaining databases and services that power customer-facing payment experiences+ Integrate payment platform capabilities into strategic bank initiatives, collaborating with partners to deliver seamless solutions+ Oversee product backlog and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, stakeholder priorities, and modernization goals+ Facilitate effective sprint planning and resource utilization, partnering with engineering leads to ensure timely delivery of high-value features+ Build and manage key relationships with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Servicing, Legal, and Compliance+ Champion operational excellence, including quality management, controls, and compliance with firmwide standards+ Foster a diverse and inclusive team environment, mentoring and developing product managers and engineers+ Support production issue resolution and feedback loops, ensuring continuous improvement and client satisfactionRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills+ 10+ years of experience in digital product management, financial services, technology, or project management+ Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred+ Subject matter expertise in payments architecture, data replication, and digital platforms+ Proven track record managing product backlogs, roadmaps, and agile development teams in a matrixed environment+ Experience navigating complex data environments, including legacy and modernized systems, and driving data replication solutions+ Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner across Product, Technology, and Business teams+ Strategic thinker and problem solver, capable of addressing both technical and functional challenges+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong reasoning, organizational, and presentation abilities+ Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience building and leading high-performing teams+ Proficient with MS Office tools, JIRA, and ConfluencePreferred Qualifications+ Experience with payments modernization initiatives and large-scale platform transformations+ Familiarity with customer-facing payment experiences and servicing platforms+ Experience supporting cross functional strategic initiatives+ Advanced degree in business, technology, or related fieldChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
