Payroll Specialist

PAYROLL LEADHybrid - 3days onsite in Somerset, NJ3-6mth contractThis individual is responsible for executing US payroll. Reporting directly to the Head of Total Rewards & Payroll, you will also be coordinating with internal HR team members, external consultants, key stakeholders, and (external and internal) auditors.ResponsibilitiesManage payroll for the USManage providers and RFP’s, for US payroll and other HR programs as neededAssist on other Total Rewards programs and processes, as needed.Background, Education and SkillsBachelors and min. 3+ years of experience in Payroll is required.Experience with Paylocity is a mustExperience with developing and improving payroll processes.Start-up experience and experience implementing a new Payroll system would be beneficialInternational experience is a plus.Experience in life science industry is preferred, but not mandatory
