Perform high quality inspections and market our inspection services to agents and the general public.Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions)Perform high-quality residential home inspectionsUtilize our mobile scheduling platform to set availability and check schedulesUse our amazing reporting software to perform on-site inspections and deliver reports same dayParticipate in monthly team meetings, including marketing trainingWork with Team Lead to market to offices and agents, e.g., sales meetings, lunch and learnsCollaborate with our marketing team, including email and social campaignsMarket our inspection services to audiences including agents and the general publicDistribute marketing collateral and information to potential customersHelp to cultivate a culture of excellencePerformance ExpectationsMeet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal form or communicated by management.Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.Demonstrate the behavioral and technical competencies necessary to effectively complete job responsibilities. Secondary education preferred.Experience:* Previous experience performing home inspections.Knowledge and Skills:KeyboardingKind, honest, optimistic, respectful, non-alarmistLike to meet people, work hard, and help your teamOther (licenses, certifications, schedule flexibility/OT, travel, etc.):* Licensed in the state performing inspections.
