Production Supervisor

Responsibilities
Lead and manage production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement incentive-based rates for production to enhance team performance.
Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to optimize processes and reduce waste.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and maintain quality control throughout the production process.
Oversee scheduling to meet production deadlines and manage workflow efficiently.
Recruit, train, and mentor new employees to build a skilled and motivated team.
Manage budgeting and forecasting to align production goals with financial objectives.
Utilize CNC Mills (3-4 axis and 5+ axis VMC), CNC Lathes (2-4 axis and Swiss), and Horizontal Machining Centers (3-4 axis) to meet production needs.
Implement and manage Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for real-time production tracking.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams using CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD) to facilitate production processes.
Utilize ERP software for effective resource planning and inventory management.
Oversee the operation of Gantry Robots and ensure their integration into production workflows.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Proven leadership and people management skills in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in building incentive-based rates for production teams.
Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
ISO 9001 certification experience is highly desirable.
Scheduling experience to ensure timely production output.
Experience in recruiting and training staff effectively.
Budgeting and forecasting experience to manage production costs.
Proficiency with CNC Mills (3-4 axis and 5+ axis VMC), CNC Lathes (2-4 axis and Swiss), and Horizontal Machining Centers (3-4 axis).
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Quality Control Software.
Experience with machine brands such as Mazak, Haas, Okuma, and Star.
Proficient in CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD) and ERP software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
