The DPM will use data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to inform product strategy and deliver business impact through data-powered insights and features. Key duties include identifying data needs, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), building data pipelines, and working closely with data analysts and engineers to deliver valuable data platforms and products.At RxVantage we transform how medical practices engage with life sciences resources and expertise to improve patient care. Trusted by more than tens of thousands of healthcare practitioners and all major life sciences companies, RxVantage has powered millions of educational exchanges between healthcare teams and life sciences companies.What you'll be doing:Partner with key stakeholders to understand internal and external (client) data needs and logicFind opportunities to use data to improve existing RxVantage products and create new product offeringsDefine the data strategy for new and existing data platforms and productsIntegrate 3rd party data, client data, and RxVantage data into a cohesive wholeDevelop data-driven product roadmaps and prioritizes features based on data insightsMay include performing scrum master and project management functionsEstablish clear KPIs and metrics to measure product success and data qualityWork closely with data engineers and data analyststo translate data insights into product features and functionalitiesto design and implement data pipelines for data collection and processingConduct data analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and actionable insightsPartner with data analysts to identify complex data problems and develop advanced analytical modelsUtilize data visualization techniques to effectively communicate findings to stakeholdersBridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring data is accessible and understood by all stakeholdersPresent the results to the stakeholders up to executive level and guides them to make the best use of analytics in their domainDeliver high quality solutions and recommendations to a variety of problems both independently and through the collaboration with team members and business partnersReconcile divergent demands from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced work environmentMentor junior team members on analytics, storytelling and communication best practicesInfluence and support the standards of excellence and best practices of analytics.The ideal candidate:Experience and Education:A minimum of 5 years experience in data analytics and product managementBachelor's degree preferredTechnical Skills:Strong understanding of data warehousing, data pipelines, and data modeling conceptsProficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and data visualization techniquesFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience with MDM solutionsBusiness Acumen:Ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies and decisionsUnderstanding of key business metrics and financial analysisCommunication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present complex data findings to diverse audiencesAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsProduct Management Skills:Experience in product development lifecycle, including requirement gathering, prioritization, and roadmap planningStrong customer focus and ability to understand user needsBenefits:Competitive Salary100% Company-Paid Premiums for Employee's Medical Health (HDHP 4500), Vision, and Dental Plans + $4,400 company sponsored contribution into an HSAShort-term and Long-term DisabilityLife Insurance401k MatchingWork from Anywhere within the USFlexible PTO100% Paid Parental LeavePost-Parental Leave Program - $5k stipend to assist with expenses, 4 week 100% paid "Ease-Back" return to work transition periodCharitable donation matchingLocation:Our "Work from Anywhere" philosophy is aimed at making sure that we recruit a diverse range of thought leadership to ensure that our technology is better able to serve local health care providers.
