Remote Sports Events Coordinator
We are seeking an outgoing individual for our Remote Sports Events Coordinator. You will be responsible for booking amazing Sports trips for leisure clients in destinations all around the world! This position is great for anyone who absolutely loves to travel and help others with planning.Sports Coordinator will handle the research and booking process for clients, this can include airline, hotel accommodations, car rentals, and event/ticket sales. Anyone with an outgoing personality, who loves to travel is highly encouraged to apply!Roles & ResponsibilitiesResearch, Create, and Execute exceptional itineraries for clientsReview individuals needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needsComplete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travelAttend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinationsReview budgets, and plan trips according to clients budget constraintsStay up to date on changes within the tourism industryMonitor restrictions on travel that come and goBook travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc…)Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travelPromptly respond to all travel inquiresHandle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clientsMaintain up to date information within our softwareNetwork with tour operators regarding packages that you can possibly offer to clientsParticipate in FAM trips when possibleRequirementsMust be at least 18years of age, and be authorized to work within the USMust be able to effectively communicate with clients (strong sales background a plus)Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend but not requiredPersonal travel experience is a huge plus, however not requiredPrevious experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not requiredBenefitsFlexible ScheduleTravel PerksLicensed & BondedPersonal WebsiteDaily Training AvailableBonus PayGenerous commissions and incredible business opportunity!Powered by JazzHRhhCvRIaix2
