Associate Attorney

We are a practice of 25 plaintiff personal injury lawyers seeking to add civil trial lawyers with 2-7 years of experience to work with our existing 12 Certified Civil Trial Attorneys. We invite you to join our current legal talent as part of our expanding practice. The ideal candidate will work under a firm partner as a litigation team member on cases from inception through settlement or verdict backed up by our experienced case managers and paralegals. Duties include client contact, intakes, drafting of pleadings, discovery demands and responses, depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and potentially serving as first or second seat at jury trials. As an educational based law firm, we take pride in associate development through onboarding, continuing legal education, weekly training sessions and mentorship programs.
