Join us in building a diverse and supportive environment where unique perspectives are celebrated.Position SummaryAs the Learning and Development Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources Team, reporting to the HR Business Partner. Your primary responsibility will be to create and implement dynamic learning and development programs that equip employees with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in their current and future roles.You will passionately support stakeholders while working collaboratively and independently to deliver impactful learning experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the future of our workforce!ResponsibilitiesDesign, organize, and deliver engaging training programs to employees, overseeing scheduling, materials preparation, and effective communication.Manage multiple concurrent programs, remaining flexible to adapt to changing priorities and requests.Deliver training to remote and globally dispersed employees using platforms like Webex, as well as in-person when required.Create and maintain an L&D calendar of programs ensuring timely communication and delivery.Keep accurate records of training activities, monitor attendance, and analyze evaluation results to improve future L&D initiatives.Identify training needs to influence future L&D strategies across the organization.Handle communications regarding L&D programs efficiently, including managing the L&D Inbox and disseminating training opportunities.Prioritize tasks with meticulous attention to detail to achieve multiple objectives.Proactively identify stakeholder needs and strive for optimal solutions.Collaborate effectively within a diverse team to provide high-quality service to all stakeholders.Assist in developing a long-term L&D strategy by contributing ideas and supporting initiatives across ISC2.Behavioral CompetenciesSelf-motivated and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.Resourceful and capable of delivering work independently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality.Committed to providing exceptional stakeholder service with a professional demeanor at all levels.A team player who thrives in collaborative settings while also being effective independently.Ability to solve problems promptly.Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.QualificationsExceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with the confidence to train both in-person and remotely.Strong communication skills in English, able to tailor messages for diverse audiences.Experience in designing engaging learning materials (e-learning and instructor-led) and developing programs from start to finish.Proficient in using an LMS System; experience with ADP LMS and/or Go1 is a plus.Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in the MS Office suite.Experience in conducting surveys and measuring training effectiveness.Knowledge of change management principles is a plus.Desirable experience in training development for sales teams or working with sales enablement specialists.Familiarity with adult learning principles and curriculum design is an asset.Education and Work ExperienceBachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years in Learning and Development, including 3 years in a standalone role.Proven track record of developing and delivering L&D programs independently.Physical and Mental DemandsOccasional travel (up to 10%) may be required.Willingness to work extended hours when necessary.Ability to remain stationary for long periods while using office equipment.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementAll qualified applicants will receive equal consideration for employment.
