Job Title: AI & Data Engineering Architect Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced AI & Data Engineering Architect to design and lead scalable data and AI solutions. This role involves building modern data platforms, enabling advanced analytics, and integrating AI/ML capabilities into business applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end data architecture and AI solutions.Define data pipelines, data models, and data governance frameworks.Lead development of scalable data platforms (data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses).Architect and deploy AI/ML models in production environments.Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders.Select appropriate tools, technologies, and frameworks for data and AI initiatives.Ensure data quality, security, and compliance standards are met.Guide teams on best practices for data engineering and MLOps.Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of data systems.Required QualificationsBachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Strong expertise in data platforms (SQL/NoSQL databases, data lakes, warehouses).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Knowledge of ETL/ELT pipelines and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).Strong programming skills (Python, SQL, or Scala).Experience with data modeling, governance, and security.Preferred SkillsExperience with real-time/streaming data (Kafka, Flink).Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Exposure to Generative AI and NLP use cases.Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking and architecture designLeadership and mentoring skillsProblem-solving and analytical mindsetStrong communication and stakeholder management
