We are seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Systems, Analytics, & Reporting Specialist to drive the optimization of organizational systems and data.This role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to manage and optimize data systems and platforms, conduct analytics to generate actionable insights, and develop reports that support strategic decision-making.The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical system management and business operations while serving as the primary lead for system transitions, automation initiatives, and cross-functional reporting.Key Responsibilities System & Platform Management and Optimization Act as a central point of contact for assigned business partners and provide expert guidance regarding new and existing systems and platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Conduct training sessions for end users on system access, usage, and best practices. Manage critical system transitions and updates while ensuring data continuity and user adoption. Identify opportunities for process automation to reduce operational overhead and improve data accuracy. Analytics & Reporting Evaluate portfolio trends and business dynamics to support strategic decision-making related to the USMA contact center and Medical Education & Communication function. Assess emerging tools and implement innovative reporting and data analysis methods. Track and report key organizational metrics while identifying trends and risks. Fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests and create automated reporting schedules for leadership teams. Process & Compliance Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of data accuracy and compliance. Document and maintain workflows, system procedures, and data entry guidelines. Provide ongoing technical support and training to maximize system utility and data quality. Education & Experience5+ years of experience in systems administration, business analytics, or related fields. Advanced expertise in Salesforce systems, Tableau/Qlik dashboards, and Google Workspace. Strong understanding of Medical Affairs and Medical Information business processes within the pharmaceutical industry. Proven project management experience handling complex initiatives and multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical ability to convert raw data into strategic insights and visual dashboards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
