We areseeking a highly analytical and process-oriented Systems, Analytics, & Reporting Specialist todrive the optimization of our organizational systems and data. This role is responsible for liaisingwithin the Medical Education & Communication team and partnering closely with cross functionalstakeholders to facilitate managing and optimizing data systems and platforms, conducting andproviding analytics to drive actionable insights, and enabling and generating reports to informdecision making. You will bridge the gap between technical system management and businessoperations, serving as the primary lead for system transitions, automation, and cross-functionalreporting.Key Responsibilities:System and Platform Management and Optimization● Infrastructure Lead:○ Act as a central point of contact to assigned business partners/areas and provideexpert perspectives and guidance regarding business requirements for new andexisting systems and platforms.○ Work closely with cross functional teams to understand data requirements anddeliver solutions○ Conduct training for end users on system access; usage; and best practices● Transition & Implementation: Manage critical system transitions and updates, ensuringdata continuity and user adoption.● Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, reducing operationaloverhead and improving data accuracy.Analytics and Reporting● Data Strategy:○ Anticipate, evaluate, and confirm portfolio trends and dynamics that help drivebusiness decisions and strategies related to the USMA contact center and thebroader Medical Education & Communication function○ Expertly lead assessment of emerging tools and implement approaches/methodsfor reporting and data analysis● Performance Monitoring: Expertly track and report on key organizational metrics,identifying trends and potential risks● Custom Reporting: Fulfill ad-hoc data requests and design automated reportingschedules for departmental leadsProcess and Compliance● Data Integrity: Conduct regular audits of system data to ensure high standards ofaccuracy and compliance with internal policies.● Work Instructions: Document and maintain system workflows and data entry guidelines.● User Training: Provide technical support and training to staff to maximize system utilityand data quality.Skills required: 5+ years of experience in business analysis, business analytics and Salesforce systems administration● Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Salesforce systems, Tableau/Qlikdashboards, and Google suite. Strong understanding of Medical Affairs and MedicalInformation business needs within the pharmaceutical industry setting.● Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and managemultiple stakeholders simultaneously● Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate raw data into strategic narratives and visualdashboards.● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability toexplain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesSoft Skills:● Outstanding attention-to-detail● Demonstrated abilities to work with considerable independence in strategizing, designingand overseeing assigned activities as well as ad hoc assignments or projects● Independent judgment and discretion to evaluate and interpret “gray areas” and mattersof significance and make appropriate recommendations on course of action● Strong investigational, analytical and complex problem-solving skills● Strong interpersonal and influencing skills: can effectively and quickly establish rapportwith all key internal/external customers, partners and other stakeholders.
