The Plant Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of water treatment and wastewater treatment facilities. Key responsibilities include monitoring and controlling plant processes, maintaining pump stations, conducting equipment inspections, ensuring water quality standards, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Collaboration and adherence to safety protocols are essential aspects of the role.QualificationsExperience in Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment processesProficiency in Plant Operations and Process ControlKnowledge of Pump Stations and related equipment maintenanceStrong attention to detail and ability to follow safety proceduresPhysical ability to work in on-site environments and handle equipmentPrior experience in a similar role is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plusStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
