The future of cybersecurity starts with you.About The Role:CrowdStrike is seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to join our IT Go-to-Market team and architect solutions that transform how our partners and internal teams work. You will lead technical development efforts for our partner portal and Salesforce ecosystem, delivering scalable solutions that enhance the partner experience and operational efficiency.What You'll Do:Lead and architect Salesforce development projects for partner portal and internal operations systems with minimal oversightDesign and develop custom solutions using Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIsBuild and enhance partner portal functionality using Experience Cloud to improve partner engagementDevelop complex automation, integrations, and custom applications supporting leads, opportunities, certifications, partner data, and approval processesCreate and optimize reporting and dashboard solutions for partners and internal stakeholdersInterface directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose technical solutionsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to team membersConduct code reviews and establish development best practices and standardsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the Salesforce platformCollaborate with Business Systems Analysts, administrators, and cross-functional teamsStay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features/capabilities to enhance our systemsWhat You'll Need:7+ years of Salesforce development experience with proven track record of leading projectsExpert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and VisualforceStrong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Partner Community) developmentHands on experience with development and Agentforce tasks.Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and platform capabilitiesExperience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platformsProficiency with development tools: VS Code, Git, Salesforce CLI, DevOps processesDemonstrated ability to lead projects independently and interface with business stakeholdersStrong problem-solving skills and ability to architect scalable solutionsExcellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesSalesforce Platform Developer I certification (required)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experienceBonus Points:Salesforce Platform Developer II or Application/Solution Architect certification or Javascript certificationAgentforce TrailheadsExperience with CPQ (Salesforce CPQ or similar)Knowledge of partner/channel operations and PRM systemsExperience with Agile/Scrum development methodologiesFamiliarity with cybersecurity industryExperience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, etc.)Benefits Of Working At CrowdStrike:Market leader in compensation and equity awardsComprehensive physical and mental wellness programs Competitive vacation and holidays for recharge Paid parental and adoption leavesProfessional development opportunities for all employees regardless of level or roleEmployee Networks, geographic neighborhood groups, and volunteer opportunities to build connectionsVibrant office culture with world class amenitiesGreat Place to Work Certified™ across the globeCrowdStrike is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
