Job Description Maintenance Technician – Point Management LLCPoint Management LLC is a locally owned real estate firm with 15 years of experience in the Roanoke Valley. We are looking for a highly organized, self-starting professional to join our fast-paced property management team.The RoleThis is a full-time position (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM) focused on maintaining high-quality rental properties. You will work directly with the owners, offering a unique opportunity to learn the business and grow with the company.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Maintenance: Perform painting, plumbing, flooring, and basic electrical repairs.Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose maintenance issues (in-person and over the phone).Coordination: Manage your own daily schedule and communicate directly with residents.Tech Literacy: Use in-house software for work order tracking and CRM.Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.RequirementsSkills: Strong "handyman" skill set with a solution-oriented mindset.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using mobile apps and software.Physical: Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead.Legal: 18+ years old, legally authorized to work in the US, and hold a valid VA driver's license with insurance.Availability: Primarily M-F, with rotating on-call schedule. 1 week every 6 to 8 weeksThe Ideal CandidateYou are a "go-getter" who thrives with minimal oversight.
