Commercial Property Maintenance Technician

Apply today!Compensation: $24 - $26 Hourly (based on experience) + Benefits + Insurance + Paid Time OffResponsibilitiesMechanically inclined with experience in building maintenance and repair dutiesMinor plumbing, electrical, repairs, and paintingRoutine walk-throughs and inspections of commercial propertiesLight carpentry and the ability to work with a range of powered and non-powered hand toolsRespond to service calls from tenantsCompensated on-call rotations for after-hours requestsMeeting and coordinating vendorsPerform routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, and electrical wiring to ensure optimal performance and make any repairsKeep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last servicedQualificationsGood verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and work ethicValid driver's licenseAbility to pass a government background checkGeneral working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Mechanically inclined with experience in building maintenance and repairsKnowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems preferredAt least 2 years of maintenance or construction experienceSuperb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skillsAvailable to be on call in rotations and respond to maintenance requests on some nights and weekendsCompany Description Poe & Cronk Real Estate Group is a locally owned and internationally recognized leading full-service commercial real estate company.
