We're a tight-knit team that takes quality seriously - and yes, the snacks are always around!ABOUT THE ROLEWe're looking for an Operations Assistant who's ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved across the business. This is a broad, generalist role - you'll touch quality, production support, documentation, coordination, and whatever else needs to get done that day.This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who wants real operational experience. You'll learn how a food manufacturing business runs from the inside, work closely with the Operations team, and have the potential to grow into more responsibility as the days go on.No two days look the same. If you're adaptable, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your work, you'll fit right in.WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGYour responsibilities will vary day to day, but may include:Supporting quality control processes - recording and organizing test results, maintaining documentation, and helping ensure products and procedures meet our standardsAssisting with lab work and production-side tasks as neededHandling administrative work including data entry, filing, updating shared records, and keeping internal systems currentCoordinating with team members to track priorities, follow up on tasks, and keep daily operations running smoothlyPitching in on special projects, process improvements, and whatever operational needs come up We're a growing company, so this list will evolve. Candidates with equivalent hands-on technical experience will also be considered.
