Role Description The Technical Manager, Precision Measurement role is a full-time, on-site position located at our Greensboro, NC office. The primary responsibilities include overseeing technical support operations, managing teams of technical staff, and driving research and development initiatives to enhance technologies in precision measurement. The role also encompasses project management activities, including planning, execution, and ensuring timely delivery within budget. The successful candidate will play a key role in aligning technical solutions to meet customer needs and business goals. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to evaluate technical data and resolve complex problemsProven team management skills and experience leading cross-functional technical teamsExpertise in technical support and developing innovative solutions to technical challengesExperience with Research and Development (R&D) processes to drive product improvementProficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and ensuring on-time deliveryExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related fieldPrior experience in the precision measurement or industrial solutions sector is an advantage
