Role Description We are seeking a part-time Tax Attorney to provide specialized legal services in a hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, with opportunities for remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on tax planning strategies, estate planning, and compliance with tax laws, as well as analyzing and interpreting tax regulations. The Tax Attorney will also collaborate with clients, attorneys, and financial professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective solutions. Qualifications Expertise in Tax Law, Tax Planning, and ComplianceKnowledge of Estate Planning and related legal principlesStrong understanding of general legal practices and regulationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membershipExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage responsibilities in a hybrid environmentExperience in working with high-net-worth clients is a plusCommitment to ethical and professional standards
