Director & Product Management

We are looking for a Director of Product Management – U.S. Market Access. In this role, you will lead the delivery of our Market Access solutions for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. You will shape and execute product strategy that transforms complex payer and PBM dynamics—coverage policies, formulary placement, utilization management, and lives data—into clear, actionable intelligence for our customers.You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to define priorities, drive execution, and ensure our products deliver measurable commercial impact for both our clients and Clarivate.
