IT PMO& Contracts Leader

JOB SUMMARYIT Contract leader oversees projects performed in partnership between one organization and another. They are responsible for coordinating every aspect of the project from reviewing and approving contract terms to coordinating deadlines, approving budgets and more. Ensures that every IT contract signed by the company contributes to its goals and objectives. They supervise and manage the IT contracts in an organization and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors. They monitor the execution, ensuring that it complies with the organization's procedures and the industry standards. Other duties include assigning and delegating tasks. IT Contract Managers advises sourcing and legal teams during purchasing & negotiations of IT software, hardware and services. They also act as the point of contact between the company, its employees, vendors and contractors.As Project Manager and PMO leader this includes executing tasks efficiently within their projects, managing risks, timelines, budgets, and quality. Partner to establish consistency in project management practicesPRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESReview and edit a variety of contracts with internal & external IT suppliersEnsure the organization's internal contract documents are accurate and well maintainedMeet with users & business leaders to discuss both legal and business mattersAbility to manage multiple projectsMaintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are metReview of SOW's, Quotes to meet the business needs and requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve business processes and devise plans to implement these changes KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESDemonstrate a solid understanding of legal terminologyComfortable working as part of a multidimensional teamExemplify a strong attention to detailPossesses superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlinesMust have strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office Previous experience working with contract regulations and related laws is strongly preferredMust possess excellent written and oral communication skillsCapable of professionally managing confidential informationExemplify creative problem solving abilitiesPage BreakEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCERequired Education / Experience5+ years of experience in Sourcing, IT, Engineering or similar role 3+ Years' experience directly support IT contracts, purchase, and supplier management3+ Years of Project ManagementADDITIONAL INFORMATIONKey Working RelationshipsIT, Sourcing, Human Resources, Legal.
