This is an outstanding opportunity for someone 2–5 years into their career who wants to move beyond advising companies and help build one.If you have experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, a high-growth technology company, or fintech, and you’re looking to join a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment where you’ll have real ownership and impact, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll do* Drive strategic initiatives from concept through execution working closely with the Chief of Staff* Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on key company priorities* Help shape market positioning, competitive strategy, and go-to-market initiatives* Build executive presentations, business cases, and strategic analyses* Own company-wide program tracking, KPIs, and weekly executive reporting* Coordinate strategic planning sessions, operating reviews, and leadership meetings* Identify operational bottlenecks and help teams execute faster and more effectivelyWho you are?* MBA preferred* 2–5 years of professional experience* Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth technology, fintech, or a similarly demanding analytical environment* Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills* Highly analytical with strong business judgment* Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities* Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where you can influence strategy, roll up your sleeves, and make things happenTotal Compensation of 135k+If you’re looking for a role that combines strategy, execution, and exposure to every part of a scaling fintech, this is a unique opportunity to accelerate your career while helping shape the future of payments.If this sounds like you—or someone you know—please apply or send me a message.
