In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing, updating, and maintaining an existing Department of Defense (DoD) cloud-based system. Working within an agile environment, you will collaborate closely with team members and end users to modernize and upgrade the current system infrastructure. Your expertise in Angular, Java, and Accumulo will be crucial in developing new functionalities, migrating existing components to their latest versions, and supporting the entire software development lifecycle. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to mission-critical systems, ensuring security, reliability, and efficiency while working remotely within the specified geographic area.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in front-end or back-end development, demonstrating proficiency in Java and Angular frameworks. A strong understanding of cloud systems, particularly AWS, is preferred, along with experience working with NoSQL databases such as Accumulo. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and the discipline to work effectively in remote or telecommuting environments. A DoD background is desirable, and candidates must hold a Top Secret/SCI security clearance and meet DoD 8570.01m IAT-II certification requirements.
