Hardware Test Engineer / Lab Infrastructure Engineer📍 Location: [Seattle, WA / Onsite]🏢 Hiring Company: RITBEE Inc/Our Client.💼 Employment Type: Full-Time at our client place or C2C**Immediate Hiring by this week or early next week**About the RoleRITBEE Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Hardware Test Engineer to support software-on-hardware testing environments at our client location. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Ubuntu-based systems, hardware test infrastructure, lab operations, and electronics troubleshooting.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain hardware platforms used for software-on-hardware testing.Monitor and maintain the health of the hardware testing infrastructure.Track issues, maintain device logbooks, and provide regular platform performance reports.Operate, configure, and manage Ubuntu/Linux systems through the command-line interface.Install, configure, and maintain Ubuntu-based servers and associated hardware.Set up and organize test infrastructure, including server racks, custom test modules, and laboratory workspaces.Build, modify, and rework custom wiring harnesses and test modules according to engineering specifications.Maintain accurate documentation for test setups, hardware configurations, and testing procedures.Troubleshoot hardware and infrastructure issues to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.Utilize electronics laboratory equipment, including multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and related tools.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.Experience working with Ubuntu/Linux operating systems and command-line tools.Knowledge of server hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.Experience assembling and troubleshooting hardware test environments.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.Experience building custom wiring harnesses and hardware test fixtures.Familiarity with electronics testing equipment and laboratory best practices.Strong documentation and organizational skills.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting software validation or hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing environments.Familiarity with networking concepts and server infrastructure.Experience in telecommunications, embedded systems, or carrier testing environments.Understanding of hardware reliability and test automation environments.5 years of experienceWhy Join RITBEE's client?Work on innovative hardware and software testing solutions.Collaborative engineering environment.Opportunities for growth and professional development.Competitive compensation and benefits package.📩 Interested candidates may apply through LinkedIn or send their resume to: contact@ritbeeinc.com
