Through our direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation-making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Administrator to support warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process consistency across markets. This role partners with field leadership, Finance, and IT to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain strong operational standards.Highlights of your roleAct as the primary resource for warehouse and inventory systems supportInvestigate and resolve operational and system issues
Ensure compliance and consistency across all markets
Lead audits, support inventories, and drive corrective actions
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory and financial accuracy
Track performance metrics and maintain program documentation
Support system updates and process improvementsYou're a good fit if you have (or if you can)Experience solving operational or compliance-related issues
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, and reporting tools
