Phlebotomy Territory Manager

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Territory Manager to join our team in San Antonio, TX.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, additional days/hours may be requiredJob Responsibilities:Supervises the activities of patient service technicians and oversees the operations of patient service centers within an assigned territory as well as any IOPs within the territoryInterrelates with laboratory directors, department managers, and branch managers to ensure the optimal operation of the patient services departmentEnsures that all policies and procedures are updated and implemented in each territory in compliance with state and federal regulations and company mandatesProvides orientation, training, and performance evaluation of all patient services supervisors.Ensures regular and timely completion of periodic financial analyses for all patient service technician positions and patient service centers.Ensures regular and timely completion of periodic inspections of patient service centers and patient service techniciansProvide exceptional customer service to all patients and clientsAssist in the setup of new Patient Service Centers or Client OfficesTravel to additional sites as necessaryMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 2 years or more experience as a phlebotomist2 years or more experience in a Management or Supervisory positionAdditional Job Standards:In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy duties, responsibilities, and techniquesBe at least 21 years of age, reliable transportation, and clean driving recordValid Driver's LicenseProven track record in providing exceptional customer serviceStrong communication skills; both written and verbalAbility to work independently or in a team environmentComfortable working under minimal supervisionAt Labcorp we have a passion for helping people live happy and healthy lives.
