Safety Coordinator
The Safety Coordinator supports the implementation and daily execution of Frampton Construction’s safety program across active jobsites. This role works closely with project teams and field leadership to reinforce safety standards, ensure compliance, and promote a culture of accountability and care.The Safety Coordinator plays a key role in driving consistency in safety planning, documentation, and field execution while supporting continuous improvement across projects.Key ResponsibilitiesField Safety SupportConduct regular jobsite safety inspections and auditsAssist with daily safety planning and pre-task meetingsMonitor compliance with company policies and OSHA regulationsSupport incident response, documentation, and follow-up actionsTraining & DocumentationAssist in coordinating safety orientations and toolbox talksMaintain accurate safety records, reports, and compliance documentationSupport tracking of training certifications and required safety credentialsRisk Awareness & PreventionIdentify potential hazards and work with field leadership to mitigate riskReinforce safe work practices with subcontractors and craft personnelEscalate significant safety concerns to Safety Manager or DirectorCollaborationPartner with Superintendents and Project Managers to integrate safety into daily operationsSupport companywide safety initiatives and continuous improvement effortsFrampton Construction does not accept unsolicited resumes from individual recruiters or third-party agencies without prior written approval from Frampton Construction’s People Team.
