About the Practice:A well-established and highly regarded private practice located in the Salem, Oregon area is seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a full-time, autonomous position. The practice is committed to providing high-quality anesthesia services across a diverse range of surgical specialties, fostering an independent yet supportive environment for their providers.Opportunity:This is an excellent full-time opportunity for a CRNA to practice autonomously with a diverse range of B&B cases, including OB, pediatrics, regional anesthesia, and outpatient surgery. Experience with regional anesthesia is a significant plus. The call schedule involves both a 1st call of 1:7 and a 2nd call of 1:7 , providing a balanced approach to coverage. Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) are welcome to apply and gain valuable experience in an autonomous practice setting.Responsibilities:Provide and manage anesthesia autonomously for a variety of surgical and procedural cases as listed above.Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic patient assessments and develop individualized anesthetic plans.Administer and monitor anesthesia safely and effectively, adapting techniques to the specific needs of patients, including pediatric and OB populations.Perform regional anesthesia techniques as appropriate.Manage patients in the post-anesthesia care unit (PACU).Maintain accurate and complete patient records.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to all practice protocols.Collaborate effectively with surgeons and other healthcare professionals.Participate in the 1st and 2nd call rotations.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.Current certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).Valid and unrestricted Oregon RN license (or eligible for licensure).Strong clinical skills in providing anesthesia for general surgery, OB, pediatrics, regional, and outpatient cases.Proficiency in regional anesthesia techniques is highly desirable.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care while working autonomously.Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) in good standing are encouraged to apply.Lifestyle & Location:The Salem, Oregon area offers a charming and desirable lifestyle with a strong connection to nature.
