Commercial Litigation Attorney

We are partnering up with law firms, and this position is with a law firm.A well-established and growing law firm in NYC is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants hands-on responsibility, client interaction, and long-term growth within a collaborative firm environment.Responsibilities:Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolutionDraft and argue motions, pleadings, and dispositive briefsManage all phases of discovery, including depositions and written discoveryAppear in state and federal courts throughout New JerseyWork directly with clients and provide strategic litigation counselCollaborate with partners and junior attorneys on complex mattersQualifications:4+ years of commercial litigation experienceActive New Jersey Bar admission (NY admission a plus)Strong experience handling cases independentlyExcellent legal research, writing, and analytical skillsPrior experience in state and federal courts requiredStrong communication skills and a client-focused mindsetCompensation & Benefits:Competitive base salary commensurate with experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesComprehensive benefits packageCollegial work environment with opportunity for advancementThe annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $185,000.
