Key Responsibilities
Lead research, market mapping, and top-of-funnel strategy for non-technical executive searches
Build and deliver diverse, high-caliber talent pipelines through proactive identification and outreach
Partner with Executive Recruiters and hiring leaders to refine role requirements and search strategies
Required Qualifications
5-10+ years of sourcing or research experience, ideally in executive search or high-growth tech
Proven ability to run research-heavy searches and produce strong pipelines for senior-level roles
Deep expertise in search strategy, including talent mapping and competitive research
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility at the executive level
High judgment and discretion when navigating sensitive or confidential leadership searches
