Under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers, this role assists with engineering analyses, field inspections, project documentation, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.* Assist in the design, analysis, and evaluation of utility systems (water & wastewater)* Prepare technical drawings, engineering calculations, and project specifications under supervision.* Support the development of cost estimates, material lists, and work plans.* Review plans submitted by developers proposing to connect to the Utility's infrastructure.
