Rapidly growing, long-established company with low turnover High-impact role for an Accounting Manager looking to build and develop a team Tight-knit culture with an open-door leadership style Opportunity to modernize processes and strengthen internal controls Stable organization with diverse business units and strong financials Jeans on Fridays + a very people-first culture Tons of visibility working directly with the CFO Responsibilities: Accounting Manager Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture Oversee daily accounting operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency Manage monthly and annual close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation Ensure accurate revenue recognition (percentage of completion) Oversee project invoicing and billing Manage sales tax compliance, filings, and reviews Coordinate year-end financial audits and 401(k) audits Prepare annual regulatory filings Lead the budgeting and forecasting process with the CFO Provide financial insights to support decision-making Identify and implement process improvements and control enhancements Support additional duties as assigned by the CFO Qualifications: Accounting Manager Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA or advanced degree preferred 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred ERP experience required; Business Central experience highly desirable Strong Excel and data analysis skills Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Strategic, detail-oriented Accounting Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy #INAPR2026 #LI-LF1
