Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

We are seeking CRNA's to join our team in several outpatient Plastic Surgery Centers within the San Clemente area. Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessmentsDevelop and implement anesthesia care plansAdminister general anesthesia, deep sedation, and MAC as appropriateMonitor patients intraoperatively and manage emergence and recoveryEnsure safe discharge criteria are metCollaborate with surgeons, RNs, and support staffMaintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standardsProcedures include but not limited to:Aesthetics, breast lifts, LIPO, face lifts, nose jobs and tummy tucksQualifications:Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)Active California CRNA license Minimum 2 years CRNA experience preferredOutpatient, ASC, or cosmetic anesthesia experience strongly preferredDirectShifts is an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
