Job Description GENERAL LABORER – PRECAST YARD Description:We're hiring a General Laborer to support daily operations in a concrete precast yard. This is an entry-level, hands-on role working with concrete, rebar, and forms in an outdoor environment with steady hours and growth potential.Responsibilities:Set and prepare concrete forms and assist with pouring and finishingTie rebar, cut wire, and reinforce concrete structuresMove, stage, and organize materials in the yardAssist operators and perform general site prep and dirt workMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaEssential Skills:6+ months of construction or outdoor labor experienceAbility to lift 50 lbs consistentlyExperience using hand toolsComfortable working around concrete, rebar, and heavy equipmentValid driver's license with reliable transportationPreferred Skills:Experience with concrete forming or pouringDirt work or utility construction experienceFamiliarity with excavators or wheel loadersStrong work ethic and reliabilityApply today — Expect a text or phone call from Andrew upon applying!Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gretna, NE.Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
