Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Roseland, NJ. Attorneys are permitted to work one day per week remotely if they choose to. The attorney hired will be responsible for working on high value personal injury, medical malpractice and mass tort work. The attorney will have their own case load, small to medium cases, while assisting on larger matters. QualificationsCandidate should have at least 2 years experience in litigationLegal Research and Writing skills, including drafting pleadings, legal briefs, and other documentsStrong analytical, organizational, and case management abilitiesEffective communication and negotiation skillsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
