This position will focus on local government law, will have exposure to our other practice areas. The position requires experience in OPRA, OPMA, titles 40 & 40A, drafting resolution, ordinances and contracts, public kabir and employment kaw is helpful. Qualifications • Local government lawStrong knowledge and experience in Law and Labor and Employment LawExceptional skills in providing Legal Advice and conducting legal ResearchProficient in Negotiation with strong advocacy and communication abilitiesJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmittance to the New Jersey State BarPrior experience in litigation or relevant legal practice is preferredAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectivelyCommitment to delivering high-quality legal representation
