Committed to excellence, we aim to deliver memorable experiences for guests and homeowners alike.Role DescriptionThis is a seasonal part-time role for a Property Inspector at The Vacation Company. Based on Hilton Head Island, SC, the role requires on-site presence to perform thorough property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness of vacation rental homes. The role is for Saturday turn day inspections from Memorial Day to Labor Day [Hours are on an as-needed basis.]Qualifications & Requirements:Valid driver's license and access to a vehicleA personal cell phone is required for communication and time-clock access.Basic understanding of cleanliness and ability to recognize maintenance issues. [Training will be provided.]Basic knowledge about TVs [including but not limited to reconnecting to the internet and switching inputs]Basic knowledge about rebooting the cable box and the internet. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentAbility to ascend/descend multiple flights of stairsAbility to work on Saturdays from Memorial Day to Labor Day. [This is a part-time seasonal position.]Familiarity with Hilton Head Island is a plus
