What you will do at Harris County Public Library : This position directs and coordinates the daily operations of the Adult and Young Adult departments and their services at the Lone Star College - Tomball Community Library under the partnership between the HCPL and LSC systems. This position implements and interprets library policies for library users and staff, supervises and motivates staff, models and promotes exceptional customer service, and engages the community to ensure services meet customer needs and are aligned with the library and department strategy. They serve as liaisons between Library Departments, Branch Managers, and branch staff, oversee the daily operations of the Tomball Innovation Lab, as well as monitor current strategic objectives to develop future library services, community partnerships, and programs.
