Landscape Detail SupervisorLocation: Farmington Hills, MIAbout the RoleContinuum Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Landscaping Detail Supervisor to help maintain the appearance and health of our clients' outdoor spaces. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and values safety, consistency, and teamwork.What You'll DoMaintain landscaped beds to ensure they are weed-free and free of debrisPerform weeding (hand and spray application) and pruning as neededSafely operate and maintain landscaping equipmentDrive a designated route to various job sitesMaintain certification for commercial pesticide (assistance is provided)Communicate daily with management regarding schedules and site updatesFollow all EPA and MDARD safety and compliance standardsMaintain a safe work environment for crews, clients, the public, and the environmentSupport additional projects and team needs as assignedWhat We're Looking ForStrong communication skills and reliability in daily reportingCommitment to safe work practices and regulatory compliance (EPA & MDARD)Valid driver's license requiredCertified Pesticide Applicator preferred (training provided if needed)Experience with backpack spraying equipment is a plusStrong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to take on additional responsibilitiesPhysical Requirements* Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, push, and pull for extended periods* Ability to lift up to 50 lbsWhy Join Continuum ServicesSupportive team environment with hands-on trainingOpportunity to gain pesticide certificationConsistent, structured routes and schedulesWork outdoors in a dynamic and active roleOpportunities for growth and advancementNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
