About the Opportunity:The **Senior Software Engineer – UKG & Boomi Integration** role provides technical leadership in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integrations. This position is central to delivering scalable, secure, and resilient integration solutions that support key business functions. The role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical implementations, contributing directly to the organization''s operational effectiveness.3. Responsibilities:• Lead design, development, implementation, and support of integrations using the Boomi Integration Platform.• Serve as technical lead for complex integration projects involving UKG, Oracle ERP, identity management, payroll, finance, and other systems.• Define integration architecture, reusable frameworks, design patterns, and engineering standards.• Design secure, high-performing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP services, SFTP, event-driven messaging, and file-based patterns.• Develop data transformations with XML, JSON, XSLT, JavaScript, SQL, and Boomi mapping components.• Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.• Establish best practices for development, testing, deployment, monitoring, logging, exception handling, and operational support.• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.• Participate in SAFe Agile framework activities, offering technical direction.• Troubleshoot production integrations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.• Lead code reviews, set development standards, and mentor engineers.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, DevOps, observability, performance, and operational excellence.• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, interface specifications, operational runbooks, and technical standards.• Act as a trusted technical advisor for integration strategy and architecture.• Lead technical decisions and influence standards across product teams.• Foster engineering excellence through mentoring and knowledge sharing.4. Requirements:• Extensive experience with Boomi Integration Platform.• Strong hands-on development and architectural skills in enterprise integration.• Expertise with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, messaging, and file-based integration.• Proficiency in XML, JSON, XSLT, JavaScript, SQL, and Boomi mapping.• Experience leading technical design and development teams.• Knowledge of integration best practices, testing, deployment, and support.• Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and implement solutions.• Familiarity with SAFe Agile framework.• Strong communication and collaboration skills.5.
