Physician Assistant - Redwood City, CA Job Type:Full-Time Schedule:Monday-Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends or on-call Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a physician-led Workers' Compensation practice specializing in musculoskeletal medicine. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and manage Workers' Compensation patients under physician supervision Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal and neurological examinations Diagnose and treat work-related injuries and orthopedic conditions Perform or assist with joint, bursa, and trigger point injections when appropriate Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR system Coordinate patient care with physicians and clinical staff Communicate with employers, case managers, and insurance claims examiners as required Travel between clinic locations in Mountain View and Redwood City Maintain high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient environment Requirements Active California Physician Assistant license Minimum 1 year of experience in Orthopedics, PM&R, or Musculoskeletal Medicine Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and orthopedic examination techniques Experience with joint injections, bursa injections, or trigger point injections strongly preferred Understanding of Workers' Compensation cases preferred (training available for the right candidate) Ability to manage 14-16 patients per day in an outpatient clinic setting Benefits Holiday pay Sick leave Paid vacation time Partial health insurance contribution (negotiable) Supportive, physician-led clinical environment by Jobble
