Operational Inside Support Representative (ISR)

iT1, a leading national technology solution provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ, is seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Support Representative. Recognized for over a decade as one of the Phoenix Business Journal's "Best Places to Work" in Arizona, iT1 offers a vibrant work culture where teamwork and support are paramount.As an Operational ISR at iT1, you will provide support covering a wide scope of responsibilities, including pricing, sourcing, and quoting to customers, order entry, shipment tracking, accounts receivable assistance, and general data entry, among other tasks.Provide overall excellent customer service to help complete any customer requests and resolve potential issuesSupport the sales team by overseeing the order process within our internal systemsProviding shipment tracking information to customers and Account ManagersWork with the Accounting department in supporting accounts payable and receivable processesWork with customers and manufacturers to facilitate return requests Order modifications/changesProduce and distribute internal and external reports as neededPricing, sourcing, quoting, and deal registrationsProcess shipping label requestPerform other duties as neededJob Qualification RequirementsExperience in pricing, sourcing, quoting, and deal registrations at a Value Added Reseller within the Channel requiredExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalPossess high-level organization and time-management skillsThe ability to work quickly and accurately in both independent and team situationsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and ExcelThe aptitude for learning new systems and software quicklyFinancial skills and backgroundThe ability to juggle a variety of tasks at the same timeDemonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethicPhysical Demands:Sit at a computer for up to 8 hours per dayKeyboarding for 8 hours per dayNear Vision (working with small objects or reading small print)Speaking (communicating information to clients/coworkers)Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds)Engage in effective communication via phone and in-person conversationsAbility to handle both routine and challenging customer interactionsJob Location:Hybrid if local to the Tempe, AZRemote if located outside of a reasonable commuteMon - Fri 8 am - 5 pmMedical, dental, and vision benefits with highly subsidized premiumsTwo weeks paid time off in your first year, with increasing PTO as tenure increases, and most major holidays off401(k) Plan with employer matchOnsite Fitness CenterOnsite Monthly Massages*iT1 is an equal opportunity employer.
