Travel RN - Operating Room - Cardiovascular OR/CVOR

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN - CVOR for a full-time OR position requiring an active MI RN license and a minimum of 2 years of CVOR experience.Job Details• Full-time position in a hospital Operating Room with a focus on cardiovascular surgery,• Schedule consists of two 8-hour shifts (6:50 AM - 3:20 PM) and two 12-hour shifts (6:50 AM - 7:20 PM) per week,• On-call required, averaging approximately 8 days per month (ranging from 5-14 days depending on vacations),• Weekend on-call is 24-hour coverage when scheduled, approximately 1.5 weekends per month,• Float to a nearby sister hospital may be required,Job Requirements• Active Michigan (MI) RN license currently in hand is required,• Current BLS certification required (must be AHA-issued),• Minimum 2 years of CVOR/cardiovascular OR nursing experience required,• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required,• BSN preferred,Additional Information• Responsibilities include coordinating and delivering patient care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation,• Delegates, supervises, and documents patient care and family teaching as appropriate,• Communicates pertinent patient and family information to the healthcare team and participates in resolving variances from patient goals,• Online orientation modules must be completed onsite with a passing score, typically within one week prior to start,• COVID vaccination is mandatory for employment at this facility,• No blocked scheduling allowed,
